DIEPPE ~ BLUE BEACH
EVERY MAN REMEMBERED
THE ROYAL REGIMENT OF CANADA

We are a not-for-profit research project honouring the soldiers of The Royal Regiment of Canada who participated in the Dieppe Raid on August 19, 1942.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Please help us find families of these soldiers so that we can locate photos and information for a memorial book.
DIEPPE HISTORY
August 19, 1942, a combined operations force made up primarily of soldiers from the 2nd Canadian Infantry Division, landed on the beaches of Dieppe; also known as Operation Jubilee.
PRISONERS OF WAR
What happened on Blue Beach was horrendous. There was no way to escape the inevitable. The Germans were on three sides, the English Channel on the other. Continuing would mean more bloodshed.
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
We are reaching out for your help. There are so many men who we cannot identify in our pictures. Please take a moment and visit our gallery. We are grateful for any information you may have.
